On Tuesday, March 14, we had the opportunity to look behind the scenes of the oldest brewery in Switzerland. The tour of the Schützengarten brewery in the heart of St. Gallen took place in collaboration with the Industrial Club St. Gallen.
After a short introduction, we were given exciting insights into the brewery’s production facilities. The tour ended with a tasting of Schützengarten beers.
