In a casual atmosphere with drinks, we were able to solve interactive mini-cases and questions in which the groups could win attractive prizes. The topics were enriched with exciting insights about the current development of the industry. Afterwards, we had dinner together at Foccacceria and learned more about the daily to-dos at Retail Capital Partners. Starting with M&A mandates and the execution of commercial due diligence, to transaction execution and strategy and restructuring projects.
